The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, our room and the hotel were clean, and I loved the hot tub and fire pit. It's super cute that they have s'mores supplies at the front desk, for the kids to make on the fire pit in the evenings. I've stayed here a few times now and will definitely be staying again.”

“We enjoyed our four day stay to the Fox Ridge resort, though it does appear this resort has started to become more rundown compared to the years prior that we have visited. The customer service was excellent, there was always a smile when we were greeted, and a thorough explanation upon our check-in of all the amenities available. “We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good.
