“We loved our stay at Marina’s loft! Our family included two adults and then our three small kids. Marina left every detail taken care of. There were even toys in the kids room! We found Uber to be most convenient for our family and took the tube once. The tube is a 10-15 min walk with little kids. That said, we explored every inch of London in our 8 day stay. Marina’s home is beautiful, cozy and relaxing. It was the perfect place to come home to after a long day of exploring in London!”

“Unfortunately this was not a good experience for my family. We arrived at 730pm and rang the outside bell for 5 minutes and no one let us in. Another guest happened to be coming back and let us in. The room was older and not quite as advertised (the 2nd full bed was a full sized mattress on the bottom of a twin bunk so it was hanging off the side). Our biggest challenge was the cat. It wasn’t clear that the owner had a cat (I should have asked as 3 of us are allergic but I didn’t think to). The……

“Pros: With small fridge and an electric stove so that you can cook. Or you can use the microwave in the room to reheat meal. Location is convenient. Situated between two underground stations. Personally I prefer walking to Bayswater station which you only walk down a stair instead of taking lift and walking down many stairs in Queensway station. Good heat insulation. Cons: Poor sound-proofing. You can hear people chatting or watching tv in the room. Some even play their music so loudly in the……
