“地點很好，房間環境也很舒適。客房服務溝通感覺有些問題，一次前一晚說不需換房間，隔天中午突然說要換，導致我留下來打包下午行程必須先取消。再隔一天確認要換房間，打包完才說不需要換，來來回回影響心情、浪費時間，影響到排好的行程。不推薦給商務或是行程比較滿的人。”

“Prime locationa and easy access to anywhere downtown. Close to the bus stops (just opposite to the hotel) which was very convenient when we wanted to go to Bondi Beach or other places. The room was spacious and the park view was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!”

“Located in a convenient and fairly quiet part of Sydney with good walks close by. Water views possible from our room and the room itself was spacious and comfortable.. You do need to climb stairs to the accommodation, and we were on the top floor. But there was always someone available to carry bags. Staff were lovely - friendly and helpful. Food and beverages were excellent. We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay.”

“Room is clean, though is a bit small with just a couch. Difficult to work on a couch so we requested a chair. The staff was helpful and provide us one. We had a $50 voucher to use, however all of our 3 nights stay the in room dining menu is the same. it could be better if there are more choices. The buffet breakfast is in a different building in the Star. Plenty of choices and is spacious, but the hygiene could be improved. As seen there are insects in the area. Greatly reduced the appetite.……
