“This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up. “The hotel is in the condition expected for a historic building that has not had many upgrades. It is fairly comfortable and it is within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas and Casa de la Moneda. The staff is a bit forgetful and can throw your plans off. We requested for the breakfast to go on two occasions as they had offered when we checked in, but the staff forgot to request it to the kitchen and we had to purchase food elsewhere.
