“Os apartamentos são completos, tem todos os utensilios para cozinhar, limpeza realizada a cada 2 dias. A vista da janela é incrivel (Cerro San Cristobal) o Metro esta a poucos passos da portaria. Ar condicionado funciona bem, camas muito confortáveis. Voltarei em minha proxima visita a Santiago.”

“I stayed her 3 nights… my first night in Chile and then I chose to return for two nights several weeks later at the end of my trip. The restaurant is great. The location is in a quiet, clean and safe neighborhood., it is a short walk to the greenway system leading to Balmaceda Park. Plenty of shopping and dining choices nearby. The staff were quite helpful and spoke English well. Would stay again.”

“We stayed for two weeks. Nice neighborhood, short walk to the subway. The laundry service across the street is good and inexpensive. Desk staff wonderful. Room, furnishings, appliances all in good shape and good working condition. If you want a good value, no frills, convenient place to stay, this place is perfect. Three suggestions for management: 1) Instead of a coffee table and large wood chair, put a small dining table and 2 small dining chairs in the living room. 2) Do a more thorough job……

“素晴らしく居心地の良いホテルです。地下鉄1号線の駅から徒歩５分。ガソリンスタンドがそばにあり、コーヒーや水などはすぐに買えました。それなのに静かな地域です。バスタブがあり、お湯もタオルも豊富でした。オーナー以外は英語を話せませんが、笑顔一杯でサービスしてくれました。タクシーの依頼も確実にしてくれました。 ⭐️4の項目は、朝食が少ないのとエレベーターがないためです。”
