“The room was spacious, clean and set up well. The entire place was clean. Breakfast area was clean and they did a great job of changing things up each morning. Employees were all very gracious, kind, and efficient. The only negative was the hallway carpet on the third floor wasn’t pulled tight - it was lumpy and caused more than one stumble. ”

“Clerk at check-in charged us for taxes we had already paid through expedia, she just asked for a card for incidentals, but I always check my credit card statement! (Different clerk at check-out was able to help that charge get reversed when I showed her my expedia receipt.) Breakfast was great! Room was spotless and we found it very quiet (4th floor room, weekday stay.) But the little couch in our room was pretty near the end of its life; it looked nice, but the cushions had very poor……

“We had a great stay at Comfort Inn & Suits. This is my second time staying at this type of hotel within a few months. Loved the breakfast and the different enmities. Also, loved how close it was to the Zoo as well as the shopping and food areas near the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. ”
