“It’s a very peaceful and beautiful property that was maintained very well , many amenities were provided that made our stay very comfortable. Close proximity to grocery and restaurants . ”

“The listing led me to believe this was a single family home, so we were a bit surprised to find a condo instead. (The listing does mention a condo in one place however.) That said, our Mon-Thur weekday stay was comfortable and quiet, so no complaints there. However, if there had been renters in the upstairs units, it may not have been as enjoyable.”

“This property was in a great location. Easy access to thoroughfares to shopping and freeways. Was very clean and updated. If there was anything that could’ve been improved it would be somewhere to unload our suitcases or dressers to put our clothes. Hooks for towels would be handy. We would consider this property again. We frequently visit Modesto after moving to Alaska 23 years ago to see friends and family. ”

They took advantage of the piano as well such a beautiful touch to this comfy place. Overall we felt safe and Kay was available for anything we needed.
