“I've stayed at DoubleTree Olympia several times over the years. It's a very reliable, comfortable hotel with easy access to Percival Landing (Puget Sound), good restaurants and historic downtown Olympia. Understandably, the hotel is in process of refurbishing but it's still in good condition overall and clean. I look forward to seeing the 'new' hotel.”

“Staff was amazing so clean love the new remodeling they did totally recommend it here I’ve stay here a few times for my kids tournaments. The only bad thing I wish they could put a gate is that back area lots of homeless im the back don’t park back there if you want to sleep well ”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “It’s an old historic building. Very cool if you’re interested in that kind of thing. It does have creaky old wooden floors in spots but not too bad. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture and lamps which I really like. That’s one of the reasons I come back. While it has been remodeled, don’t expect perfection. The building is old. The rooms have a sink but no bathroom. There are several nice private bathrooms in the hallways to use. The restaurant is great. Again in a very cool old……
