“Amazing hotel and incredible staff! This was my first family holiday and the staff were really friendly and accommodating from beginning till the end. I made a mistake with my room bid by selecting an automatic upgrade. We got to check in and because I wasn’t informed that the bid had been accepted I thought it hadn’t gone through. The staff kindly explained the situation and rather than make a big fuss they allowed us to upgrade for free!! The facilities in the hotel are amazing and the bar……

“Wir waren als Familie unterwegs und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Besonders die sehr freundlichen Angestellten runden den Urlaub super ab. Essen im Hauptrestaurant war lecker, aber besonders gut war es in den drei Restaurants im Hotel. Unbedingt reservieren! Das Beste war für uns der super Kids Club mit toller Betreuung. Jeden Tag abwechslungsreiches Programm und motivierte Mitarbeiter. Toll!”

“Helt underbart hotell. Oftast brukar bilderna vara gamla eller tillfixade, men inte i detta fallet. Istället var verkligheten bättre än bilderna. Vi fick fantastisk hjälp från all personal. Poolområdet var mysigt. Restaurangerna bra och miljön underbar. Det var också nära till allt med både buss och bil.”

A special thanks to Iliad the receptionist who is more than competent and highly professional. If I ever come back to Rhodes this is for sure the hotel I would book without thinking twice. My only concern is that if it’s too popular I won’t be able to book again… ”

“Struttura è personale molto accoglienti. Ubicato in un posto tranquillo, ma a due passi dal centro e dal mare. Ottima la cena nel ristorante convenzionato, che permette di scegliere diversi piatti a la carta. Buona la colazione e camere molto pulite.”

“Great hotel. Fantastic pool area and direct access to beach. Far enough away from the Faliraki night life to not be disturbed but equally close enough to it if you wanted to enjoy. Only 1 disappointment which is that A/C was switched off across hotel. Room was very hot and leaving window open during night exposed you to mosquitoes.”
