“Quick check in, clean rooms. Got a room with no windows. But still very good hotel with friendly staff.”

“Very good, staff couldn’t do enough for you, didn’t use restaurant, only issue was I like the gym and the gym here was very poor, needs uodateting”

“Across the hotel there are CLOSURE signs by the Ministry of Tourism, yet the staff don’t know anything about it! Asked many times if the hotel is closed or not, and they had no answer. ”

“The hotel is great, but the address Hotels.com shows is wrong. It refers to a construction pit blocks away. The description needs to be better than "near the hospital."”

“TOP Hotel jedoch mit der Instandhaltung ist man hintendran! Schlecht behobene Wasserschäden und Silikon sollte viel helfen. Frühstücksbüffet für fast 20€ pro Person war uns zu teuer, nachdem täglich 80€ pro Person fürs Zimmer verlangt wurden. Supermarkt ist praktisch 2 Gebäude weiter. Wir wollten eigentlich nrt aufs Ronaldo-Fussballspiel und das wurde über 2 Tage später verlegt und da waren wir leider schon abgereist. Wir fragten unzählige Leute, ob man wenigstens eine Trainingsveranstaltung……

“The front desk receptionist is absolutely horrible and should be fired. He is a horrible representative for the company and if i were to base my stay off of him i would put one star. He lied and was rude the entire ordeal with him was beyond frustrating and i wouldn’t want that for anyone. ”
