“This place is beautifully located near the water. It may not be in the heart of Boothbay and that is exactly what makes it so charming!”

“Situated at the end of Ocean Point, this house has fantastic views and is so close to the ocean that we could hear the rhythmic sound of the surf all night long. The house is also extremely tastefully designed throughout, making it seem much more like a dream home than a holiday cottage. Overall, it's one of the nicest places we've stayed, and we hope to be able to return for another visit.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here, the views were stunning! Just as pictured! The cottage was super clean, and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, high quality bedding and towels. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. This is a great location, and we enjoyed walking the area, as it's beautiful all around Ocean Point. Our only issue was that Google Maps sent us to the wrong house when we entered the address. We apologized profusely to the nice neighbor who pointed us in the right directed,……

“The property was everything that was touted in the VRBO advertisement. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything necessary, and the screen porch was very pleasant. A short walk to the water's edge provided a beautiful view of the coast line. The Owl House provided a quiet and peaceful get away.”

“Our family, including the teens, enjoyed swims and walks on this oceanfront community’s streets and trails. The cottage manages to have traditional charm with enough updates to make it comfortable. The community’s casino (club house) is close by and provides many opportunities for kids like a nice playground and ping pong. The property manager, Wendy, and her mother do a great job.”

“The house is very spacious with room to have some personal space. It's a quiet area with a good view of the Ocean. We rented it probably the first week of the season. Thus there was a few maintenance issues that were quickly addressed. It's a great walkable community with the playset tennis courts, pickleball courts and the Ocean Point Inn for meals”

“It is a great house. I would suggest having twin beds in one or two of the second floor bedrooms would give greater flexibility. The second floor front bedroom, on the left facing the ocean, is pressing on the electrical outlet. But other than those minor issues, bravo!!! ”
