“Great hotel in a beautiful location. ”

“We so enjoyed the house, but the view stole the show! Needs a bit of a glam up in the furniture department but everything was comfortable and clean. The property is lovely and we enjoyed the piano! We will be back for sure.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here, the views were stunning! Just as pictured! The cottage was super clean, and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, high quality bedding and towels. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. This is a great location, and we enjoyed walking the area, as it's beautiful all around Ocean Point. Our only issue was that Google Maps sent us to the wrong house when we entered the address. We apologized profusely to the nice neighbor who pointed us in the right directed,……

“Situated at the end of Ocean Point, this house has fantastic views and is so close to the ocean that we could hear the rhythmic sound of the surf all night long. The house is also extremely tastefully designed throughout, making it seem much more like a dream home than a holiday cottage. Overall, it's one of the nicest places we've stayed, and we hope to be able to return for another visit.”

“Spacious and comfortable home with open floor plan. We really enjoyed our walks everyday - two blocks from crashing waves, pine trees and steps from the courts and field. It feels remote uniquely beautiful place, yet it is so convenient to stores and restaurants in Boothbay Harbor.”

“Our family, including the teens, enjoyed swims and walks on this oceanfront community’s streets and trails. The cottage manages to have traditional charm with enough updates to make it comfortable. The community’s casino (club house) is close by and provides many opportunities for kids like a nice playground and ping pong. The property manager, Wendy, and her mother do a great job.”

“It is a great house. I would suggest having twin beds in one or two of the second floor bedrooms would give greater flexibility. The second floor front bedroom, on the left facing the ocean, is pressing on the electrical outlet. But other than those minor issues, bravo!!! ”
