“I wish there were reviews at the time I booked because I would have changed my mind. This house was not only left dirty from the previous renters (after cleaning service cleaned) but also is dirty and needs major cleaning. Couches were dingy and needed sheets over them for us to feel comfortable sitting on them. Floors were dirty. Bedroom fans have a layer of dust on them. There were fingernails left on the back of the couch and the windowsill. The vents were blowing dust onto beds and the……

“Took daughter, granddaughters n friends for a 5 day RnR. Weather was nice, beach great. House was perfect set up for us and a short walk to beach. Beds were very comfy, kitchen well equipped and games were entertaining. Nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Excellent location. ”

“The house is roomy and accommodates our size family. The walk to the beach is not bad (10 min) but there is no sidewalks. The house could be cleaned better as there was a lot of dust and some broken furniture. Other than some minor issues a good overall stay. ”

“Our stay at “fitz by the sea” was an enjoyable experience and relaxing for all! We loved the quick walk to the grocery store (Harris Teeter) and other amenities we had access too. The walk to the beach was a easy five min walk with no hassle. The house was comfortable and homey. The new fans in the bedrooms made a world of a difference for sleeping! A few things we noticed was the thermostat was a little confusing and only went down to 70 degrees for AC. The WiFi in the home was interrupted……
