“The house was adorable and very clean on the inside. Unfortunately, the yard and outdoor space really needs some TLC as it makes it look like the home is not properly cared for. We had a little trouble figuring out how to get in as the lock box for the key was not hanging on the doorknob and there was a key pad on the door. Someone did answer a text and help us figure it out pretty quickly. There are not alot of kitchen amenities and no regular sized coffee pot or Keurig available. Also,……

“Beautifully decorated home, very creative and fun themes in each room. Our family of 9 with two toddlers had a wonderful time here. Plenty of towels, linens, toys, bikes, beach stuff, so many game we couldn’t get to them all. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. “House is super cute & incredibly clean. NOTE: there are stairs up to the house that we didn’t notice, which was a problem for a friend in a wheelchair, but we made it work. Overall, VERY pleased & would recommend it to anyone visiting Tampa. ”

“My daughters and I loved this property. It was very clean and there were SO many small details that made the experience so comfortable. It seems someone lives in the garage. I wish I would have been told this, as I was surprised to walk to my vehicle at 10pm with my daughter's and discover a man being dropped off. ”

“The property was adequate for what we needed. We were looking for a place where my wife could recover from surgery. The hot tub was in the back yard was a plus. The pool was cool even though it was heated to 80 degrees. With outside temps in the 70’s, we didn’t use the pool. The kitchen was very complete even with sharp knives. It would be tight for 4 adults due to the single small bathroom. But it worked for us as a couple of two. ”

“Close to beach and the place was pristine. A lovely quiet area and halfway between places we wanted Togo in Clearwater and St. Petersburg. We’d stay here again. ”

We were particularly appreciative of the pleasant surprise of having fishing poles and bait to use off the dock! The listing states that the stay would include the entire house -- this is not the case as the owner lives in the downstairs unit. This inaccuracy came as a surprise to us as we specifically wanted to do a VRBO to have the entire place to ourselves. The listing stated and owner……

“We went to this VRBO as a girls get away. It was in a nice neighborhood and only a block away from a great spot to watch the sun set every night. We enjoyed having all the things you would need to go to the beach (chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler). House was very clean and beds were comfortable. I would definitely come back to stay again, ”
