“Exactly as pictured. Very cozy & clean. Easy communication with the owner. We enjoyed our stay but really appreciate accuracy, so as not to be disappointed. We knew the cottage was not ON the beach, but we did expect an ocean view as stated. You only see other rooftops and parking lots. And although there is parking for each unit, those in the front of the alleyway cannot get out, so it creates a little tension. We had someone banging on our door late at night because they couldn’t get out. We……

“We LOVED our stay at this cottage. Everything was as deacribed and there were the perfect amount of amenities to get us started for the week. The communication with the owner was prompt and clear with any questions we had. It was in perfect walking distance to parks and downtown. It also had onsite parking which was a very nice feature. The best part was we could see the water and beach from the dining room windows. We highly recommend this property and look forward to our next stay.”

“First time staying in Indian Rocks Beach and it did not disappoint. The space (room) provided was just enough for me and my fiancé. Unfortunately there isn’t anywhere to store clothes but we were okay with living out of our suitcase. “The stay was very nice. Only issues we had involved the WiFi but the host came to fix that quickly. As well as some parts of the home, specifically the bathroom, was much shorter then anticipated. My 5’ 10” husband did have to bend his neck a lot lol. As well as I was under the assumption that we had a more private place.
