“This property was a quiet peaceful place. The two horses Mango and Bumble Bee were SUPER FRIENDLY and love the attention. Dave and Lindsey were amazing host. Communication, and hospitality was 10/10. Overall great stay 5/5.”

“Citrus Cottage was terrific. This was our second time and we enjoyed our stay. The Cottage was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we could walk to downtown easily. The Farmer's Market was a nice surprise. ”

“Amazing all around. Property manager was helpful. Great location. Close to Honeymoon Beach! Close enough to Clearwater Beach. Quiet! Dunedin is an amazing town. Would have liked daily housekeeping.”

“This place was perfect for us! It as just as described and we hope to return one day.”

“Great location near Main Street, plenty of eateries, live music, and the Pinellas Trail/bike rental. Easy access to property and quick communication from Laren. A perfect long weekend getaway!”

“The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, TV in both rooms, ceiling fans and table fans provided (love this-must have fan noise to sleep), shower had great pressure and great temp water, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen even a blender for pool side drinks. Host was very responsive and accommodating; we were able to check in early which was great since we arrived hours before check in. Thank you for everything the house met our needs and we enjoyed……

“The stay was very nice. Only issues we had involved the WiFi but the host came to fix that quickly. As well as some parts of the home, specifically the bathroom, was much shorter then anticipated. My 5’ 10” husband did have to bend his neck a lot lol. As well as I was under the assumption that we had a more private place. As in the whole house to our self, not another unit directly behind us sharing a wall. This brought a big disappointment since I thought we would be more secluded renting a……

“The street was quiet and our casita on the property was very private and very well kept. It was a mini oasis that you’d never know was there!We had a short and sweet conversation with Heather and knew she didn’t want to be in our way.. which of course she wasn’t!The amenities were all she described they’d be and we plan on coming back as long as our son lives just three blocks away! Thank you for your hospitality! I wish we could have stayed longer! ”

“Came to Port Richey area for son’s speciality therapy. The pool was perfect for him in a quiet, non- touristy neighborhood. My flights were delayed for a day and the owner was very kind and accommodating with my change in schedule. There was one unexpected issue with the electricity going off in the kitchen but it was resolved in a good time frame and the owner came over herself to fix the problem. The outdoor area is adjacent to a dock and oven, and as stated in the description, may not be……

“This fun little cottage is situated on a waterfront canal. There is a dock to enjoy all kinds of wildlife from. A small porch and comfortable back yard. All new appliances and whatever you might need for cooking. The owner is quick to respond to any needs. We will be back!!”

“The unit was spotless clean. Beautful beaches about a ten minute drive away. Numerous dining options close by. Biking and walking trails within walking distance. Parking was directly in front of the unit. Their is a nice fenced yard, with a charcoal grill. Which was a blessing. We loved Ozona for dining and music. The host was easy to deal with and communicative. Plenty to do in downtown Dunedin. A great getaway.”

“Nice place with a seaside resort theme and feel.. lots of kids in the neighborhood and Street was close to the main roads, but almost no traffic. Host was helpful answering questions before our stay and accommodations were top notch. Washer and dryer was extremely helpful for our stay back patio was shaded and the hammock and grill were nice additions we would definitely use this verbal cottage again if we return to the area all appliances worked. five stars all aroundand 10 on a scale of 1 to……
