“My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed for 3 nights after a cheerleading competition and greatly enjoyed the condo and chance to relax around the pool and in the sandy beach area with tiki torches and fire pit. The pool restaurant bar was also enjoyed!!”

“Everything is exactly as posted. No surprises at all.Well stocked kitchen and bathroom.Great to have access to beach supplies (towels, chairs, umbrella, beach bag and cooler.)Very handy being right next to the Pinellas Trail for walking, biking or running.Centrally located within a small neighborhood.Can easily walk to cars/pubs, restaurants and out for ice cream.Highly recommend this place Tim was extremely helpful and replied almost instantly ”

“The four bedrooms were adequate but please add more than one roll of toilet tissue in the bathrooms, more paper towels for the kitchen than one roll, instructions for the coffee maker. This location could use an update of paint in all rooms. Pool was unusable and hot tub was not working. Beds were comfortable.”

“Very clean, well laid out and stocked with everything you could ever need! Plenty of dishes, large amounts of cooking utensils and tools, spacious shower, very comfortable bed, fans, large amount of storage, towels galore and starter spices, detergents soaps etc. The loft is quirky LOL but didn't bother us. Quirky watch your head! Distance to the pools is about two blocks total. A block and they are in sight but entrance is on the other side. Had a great time and thank you Sandy for making sure……

“The place was pretty and clean, but the dishwasher wasn't working properly, the TV remote didn't work so we couldn't use the TV, the bathroom door stuck/hard to close, but overall, our stay was fine, loved the location and ability to walk everywhere. ”

“Lots of room and appeared just as photos advertised. Neighbourhood was quiet and generally clean. Property manager was very “on the ball” and instructions were clear. Overall a nice place to stay. We found the bed in master bedroom very uncomfortable, difficult to have a good sleep. The kitchen only has very limited pots and pans for cooking and no scissors. However plenty of dishes for meals. Everything appeared very clean except the floors, they need more attention for sure. Good value for the……

“Great Rental. Clean & well appointed. Trail is right next door, nice pickleball courts close, restaurants, coffee shops & shopping are at your door step. Location is right in the center of town and the market sets up across the street in the park. You should know though, that if you're looking for a beach vacation, this is probably not the best choice. ”
