“We had a wonderful stay. The accomodations were as described, and the small hitches didn't really complicate anything too much. I couldn't get the Keurig in the kitchen to work, and the light in the master bathroom flickered like a strobe light when it was first turned on, for several minutes, but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. ”

“House was very nice and plenty of space for all 7 of us. The only negative is house is in need of some minor repairs carpets replaced in my opinion And fresh coat of paint and pool spa repair.other then minor issues was great. Thank you for sharing your home very nice ”

“The property is perfect place for large families. The pool was a big hit with the grandchildren. The property is located in a great spot to go many places Beaches, Busch Gardens, Zoo and Aquariums. The host is quick to respond to any questions too. ”

“We LOVED our stay here!! If you’re a fan of FRIENDS, then this is a Must Stay! You feel like you’re comfy on the set!! We enjoyed playing Foosball & Friends’ Trivia while we were there. “The room was very nice it had everything you could need for a few nights. The shower is huge and fabulous! The only small downside was a few noisy nights with the main house. But things did settle by midnight. Apart from that it was a very nice place for a very very reasonable price. ”

“We had a great time at the house. The pool was great, it was deeper than 4ft.All the remotes were confusing, some didnt work (or i couldn't get them to work)Great place in between almost everything!!Will stay again!”

“This was great for our 3 generations family! The kids swam a lot, and we barbecued / cooked some great meals. Close proximity to beaches. Having a washer/ dryer on premises allows us to pack light. ”

“I came to tampa with my friends for a concert and we only stayed one night but overall the place was nice, clean, well prepared, the area was really quiet and nice. The administrator for the place was really nice and accommodating and reaponded quickly to any request. If I come back to tampa for longer I would definitely try to stay here again. ”
