“We have stayed for 9 dias at Hotel Praia. We got very good service since the first day. When we got there late at night the front desk officer helped us to get a "diner" from the restaurant which was almost closing. The other front desk officer (lady) was very helpfull to guide us how to buy tickets and how to get to the busstation. We took the bus to both Lisbon and Porto. The staff of the Breakfast area were very kind & friendly. Jose was friendly and gives us some good tips. :-) The room……

“Great stay. A friendly and service oriented owner and staff. A cozy 11 unit hotel with a nice pool. It’s not luxury but it’s a clean and comfortable hotel. Very nice breakfast. Not huge variety b/c it’s a small hotel but the quality is fine. Short walk to the main beach in Nazaré. About a 40 minute walk over to north beach and the big wave surf museum in the old fort. A short drive to north beach if you don’t want to walk the stairs. The funicular was not running in September 2025 but that’s……

“We stayed in the balcony room, which was split over two cozy levels. Downstairs had a comfy sofa, TV, and a spotless bathroom, while upstairs was a super comfortable king-size bed with a beautiful view. Peaceful, stylish, and a perfect base near Óbidos, Praia De'l Rei, and Ferrel. Swimming pool was perfect temperature to cool down.”

“Good location near to the pretty town Obidos, nice well kept property and a feeling of calmness. Good cold breakfast pre-ordered and laid out at a specified time. Unfortunately our arrival was on the day of the massive power outage that affected most of Europe, so normal dining facilities in the area were not available.”

“Everything perfect except the arrogant lady by reception does not know what is priority to take care. We were not be able to get our key and she kept my family wait outside of villa for 30 mins. after checking time. She claim that they cannot give us key since the room is still not be check up even it is ready. ”
