“The property itself and almost all the staff were amazing. Aside from one, she was younger front desk clerk and was very standoffish and unpleasant. I even had a visitor come to visit and when she asked her a question regarding the location of the elevator, she responded with a hand flick and stated "it's back there" without even looking up. “I booked a suite with a bedroom and living room for me and my two grown daughters. I took the sofa which was very comfortable and having the kitchen came in very handy. The hotel had wonderful staff and a great breakfast.The location was so easy to get to and to enjoy all that Bricktown has to offer. I would recommend to anyone.”
