“Had to stand in the front lobby for a while to check-in. There was no bell to ring for service or a sign saying where they were kr when theyd be back. They did however have a wonderful breakfast”

“We enjoyed our 1 night stay. We booked a 2 bd, non-smoking room. When we arrived to our room, the bedding had smoke holes, but seemed to be clean and didn't smell like smoke. The AC worked really well and chilled the room quickly. We contacted the front desk and they immediately came up to get us a different room. We were fine with the overall room, but didn't want to be charged the $20 deposit for the cigarette holes we didn't make. The 2nd room they put us in was NOT a good fit. As soon as you……

“The property was clean upon entrance of lobby; however, upon entrance of room, the light by door is flickering, chair by wall is stained, and no shade for window. Staff was quick to check-in though and excellent customer service.”
