“Staff friendly. Room clean with space and kitchen area. Walk in shower only-no bath. Only issue was toilet not flushing properly had to wait overnight for the maintenance guy to correct. He came by early to be sent away until afternoon. He did correct the issue. Breakfast hard to describe. Like it CNN is set up. To make an egg McMuffin. Did have coffee, juice, oatmeal, cereal and waffles. ”

“Some cons: The trash at the entrance was always overflowing. The lady that worked in the morning was not very helpful I asked to be called or a text sent when my to would be ready and she just said “well no matter what it won’t be ready till after 3pm”. The lady that worked in the evening kept yawning while helping me she had to stop checking me in a yawn about 3 times (it was about 7pm). “Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Hallways and elevator needed vacuum. I should have requested a room close to the elevator because it was hard for my 87-year-old father to walk to the farthest room at the end of the hall. I also hoped to check in a little early because we were going to an event, but couldn't. I thought the beds were rather hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK not great. ”
