“Great overnight stay. Nice staff. The lady at the front desk was very nice as was the whole staff. The room was very clean ”

“This is our third stay here in the last two weeks and we stayed here twice last year as well. It is a fine hotel, well maintained and Bruce at the front desk is a very welcoming presence. Nothing about our room was substandard, no items needing maintenance. We will never fail to stay at the Territorial Inn on our trips to Wisconsin from South Texas.”

“Some cons: The trash at the entrance was always overflowing. The lady that worked in the morning was not very helpful I asked to be called or a text sent when my to would be ready and she just said “well no matter what it won’t be ready till after 3pm”. The lady that worked in the evening kept yawning while helping me she had to stop checking me in a yawn about 3 times (it was about 7pm). Neither lady greeted anyone while coming in and when we asked questions both seemed it was inconvenient to……

“The staff were exceptional - across the daily shifts! They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, answer our questions, and did it in a very friendly way. They handled bad weather questions and additional tasks smoothly. I will definitely return to that hotel the next time I'm in the El Reno area.”

“We enjoyed our 1 night stay. We booked a 2 bd, non-smoking room. When we arrived to our room, the bedding had smoke holes, but seemed to be clean and didn't smell like smoke. The AC worked really well and chilled the room quickly. We contacted the front desk and they immediately came up to get us a different room. We were fine with the overall room, but didn't want to be charged the $20 deposit for the cigarette holes we didn't make. The 2nd room they put us in was NOT a good fit. As soon as you……
