“Front desk staff were amazing. We had issues with our flight which was canceled and delayed our arrival, which was not in control of the hotel/staff. However, they worked out to help accommodate us during a very exhausting moment. My attitude wasn't the best after 4 hr flight turned into half day's travel and I was not faulting the property or staff at all. They handled and solved a rough situation for us. We will never forget their hospitality. Thank you!”

“The soundproofing is really poor. I can clearly hear phone conversations from the next room, and footsteps from the floor above are also clearly audible. Additionally, my car’s recording captured someone trying to open my car door (there were no bags or anything inside the car).”

“The Ellison was great! I called to see if we could possibly check in a little bit early or if we could hang out at the pool until a room was ready and the front desk attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. He got us into our room and we were able to hit the rooftop pool. The pool and bar area are beautiful- great couch areas to hang out in the shade and the drinks were fantastic (~$10 for cocktails). The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. We would definitely stay there again.”
