“Great stay. Will be staying again. We have a big family with a total of 6 of us so the suite was the perfect size. Beds comfortable, towels clean… Great stay. ”

“Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Hallways and elevator needed vacuum. I should have requested a room close to the elevator because it was hard for my 87-year-old father to walk to the farthest room at the end of the hall. I also hoped to check in a little early because we were going to an event, but couldn't. I thought the beds were rather hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK not great. ”

“Some cons: The trash at the entrance was always overflowing. The lady that worked in the morning was not very helpful I asked to be called or a text sent when my to would be ready and she just said “well no matter what it won’t be ready till after 3pm”. The lady that worked in the evening kept yawning while helping me she had to stop checking me in a yawn about 3 times (it was about 7pm). Neither lady greeted anyone while coming in and when we asked questions both seemed it was inconvenient to……

“The staff was great but a couple of things need to be addressed. I don't think the cleaning staff remember to also clean the furniture. The sofa in our room smelled of sweaty body odor. Don't overlook that. Also a clock would also be nice to have. There was an alarm but not a way to set as a clock.”

“Had to stand in the front lobby for a while to check-in. There was no bell to ring for service or a sign saying where they were kr when theyd be back. They did however have a wonderful breakfast”
