“We love the atmosphere at Hotel Zaza! Beautiful room, love our balcony overlooking the pool, best valet staff in Dallas, great bar area, good food at their restaurants. Everything is perfect at Hotel Zaza! We have stayed there at least 5 times and we will be back!”

“This was such a great stay! We did not know what to expect upon arrival and this was definitely fantastic. This stay is polar opposite from our last visit to Dallas. “The hotel offered a convenient location for our stay, and the staff demonstrated a high level of courtesy and professionalism, particularly the valet and room service teams. The valets were not only friendly but also provided helpful local recommendations. Room service was consistently prompt, discreet, and accommodating. While dining options were excellent in quality, the selection was somewhat limited. The property itself, however, appears to be in need of renovation. In our room, we observed……
