“We made a late booking for a one-night stay and Carla was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and there's ample on-street free parking. Well located between Windermere and Bowness, and only a short walk to the lake. (Room 1 does not have a door separating the bedroom and bathroom, if that is an issue for you.) ”

“Overall experience is brilliant: good lake view, good service, clean, comfortable. But there's only one drawback: the shower drains very slow. I had to finish shower in 5 mins to avoid water flooding out. I still highly recommend this hotel. ”

“It's a cozy place to escape from the big city. While we walk into the hotel, we received warm welcome right away. The people at front desk are very friendly and nice. Their breakfast are great. First night I found my bed mattress got problem, after I told them, they changed it right away. Not far away from Station (about 10 minutes walk), but it's located at a quite nice area. We are really enjoy staying there.”
