“Everything is good but the staff. When I wanted some butter, which was included in breakfast, the staff just said "NO WAY". I could expect much better services in an even cheaper hotel.”

“早餐比一般平價飯店贈送的免費早餐精緻好吃，二位早餐時段的女姓服務人員服務態度親切認真，早餐只供應到九點，所以要早點去。櫃檯人員也很熱情並能立即提供協助，飯店設施很新穎，房間整潔度也算滿意，四晚的住宿體驗非常舒適放鬆。附近環境就沒什麼特別的，飯店旁邊就有加油站和麥當勞，上班時間到各個LA著名景點都要花比較久的時間。”
