“I liked the proximity to the hospital (reason for stay); but, I also didn't like the road access between hotel and hospital. One was required to get across an extremely busy highway to a turning lane. At the turning lane, the traffic caused excess waiting times. I think there is a possible "back way", but did not have time to check it out. Otherwise, enjoyable stay. Oh - no clock in the bedroom. ”

“It’s good overall. Just the air conditioner sound is loud. And there were guests beside my room talking and laughing loudly at 11:30 pm ,can hear too clearly. Also if there’s hand-in shower will be better . ”

“I received an email that the hotel was under construction. I had not read that when I booked it. I was a bit worried about it, however, once we checked in we saw that the construction was on half of the 4th floor. Since it was the weekend the construction was on hold. Check in was the quickest I’ve ever experienced. The clerk was so friendly. Each time he saw us he told us to have a nice evening/day. Our room was a great size. It had a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel is in a great area……

“Oscar at the front desk was able to change my room from the ground floor, which I did not prefer, to a higher floor without any problem whatsoever. Very professional and courteous. Some places make it a problem. Oscar did not!”

“Very nice hotel. The location was great, plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel receptionist was very nice. The room was clean and the made serviced during our 2 night stay. The breakfast was decent. Only minor issue was a shortage of pool towels and how the staff handled the situation. ”
