“We loved our stay at this rental. The neighborhood was quiet, with many beautiful homes, and the space worked well for our group. I loved the historical details throughout the house. The only thing I would mention is that if you have younger children, the floors are pretty noisy. It wasn't a big deal for us with teenagers, but it might be different with younger children who go to sleep early. We loved this house, and would definitely stay there again if we were in the area. ”

The kitchen is great for family cooking and there are good grocery stores in nearby Ava and Seymour. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and a great open living room for socializing. Nicholas is an amazing host and it’s been a long time since we’ve had a Vrbo this good. We will absolutely stay here when we come back!”

The home is still working out some kinks of a new rental but the owner was very responsive and kind. We had a pleasant stay and hope more families can enjoy this home for their future stays.”
