“TAbsolutely fabulous stay! Condo was clean and had everything we needed! Being right on the beach was great especially for our grandkids! ”

“This place is sparkling clean, very spacious, right on the lake, had all kitchen amenities, including all staples needed (30 seasonings, flour, sugar & fully stocked on pans, dishes, utensils), even soap for laundry. Only thing you may want to bring is an air fryer. BBQ grill outside even had a bag of charcoal. We saved alot because of these things. Dollar General is close & is full of items for lake living, Hosts were great! Stayed at many homes, condo's in the Branson area, this tops them……

“Very nice once we found the house. Trying to find it after dark was not easy. We had to call the number listed and he helped us. He was extremely kind and helpful. It looked very clean, except there were cobwebs in most every corner of the rooms and one of the towels i unfolded to use was full of long hair - lots of them. Otherwise everything else was good.”

We have a son that plays lacrosse at Missouri State University, and this house is perfect for hosting family and friends who are coming into town for the games. “The property was nice & for the most part clean & suitable for our stay. I didn’t understand when I booked the property how far out it was from all the activities we planned in Branson. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well. We did not care for the smell of the water & a couple of the white towels had stains. The bedroom upstairs was hot so the rest of us were cold so that room could be cooler. The hot tub was covered & not usable. ”

“The Lake is awesome ! The house is.close to the central part of the lake . The Coats cottage is very nice , easy to access , my 87 year old father got around pretty well in and out of the house . Our host Maree was very helpful and accommodating, all the essentials and some extras made our stay very enjoyable ! ”
