“The house is large and is designed and appointed with a big group in mind. We used the three dining room tables for meals as well as card games- could use another deck of cards. It was nice to break apart the tables for smaller games and then bring the whole together at dinner time. Multifunctional! The relatively new remodel presented a clean, modern look, warm and welcoming. ”

“We had a great stay for 2 nights. This property is in between Branson & Springfield, making it very convenient if you are planning to do things in both places. Loved all the labels on the cabinets and light switches! ”

“Everything was perfect. Our group appreciated the layout of the house, with everyone seeming to have their own little wing of the house. We found it to be very comfortable and convenient, centrally located for everything that we wanted to do. We especially appreciated the small things... Like having all the switches labeled, and the drawers and cabinets labeled. Even the little bag of welcome chocolate. Kisses was a nice touch. The only recommendation that comes to mind is putting a pocket door……

“Friends gathered to help celebrate my 60th birthday. Rivendell was an amazing property for us with plenty of privacy for all our guests both outside and in the house, which is hard to find. The fireplaces, deck and accommodations were spectacular. Very comfortable though elegant space. Everyone left for home eager to return. We will be back.”
