“The house is a little rustic, but everything was clean/in good working order and it has plenty of space. It is only 18 minutes from great off-roading at SMORR and there was plenty of space for parking. There are a handful of gas stations and good restaurants just a few minutes away, but the house itself is a little out of the way so it is nice place to relax. I enjoyed the front porch with a view of the valley across the way.”

“Our family had a wonderful trip to Bull Shoals. We've been going to the lake for years but this was our first time staying near Theodosia and the first time staying at this house. The location was incredibly convenient. Aaron was prompt with all communication. The house was surprisingly well stocked and felt very warm and welcoming. “This property had beautiful views of the lake and the neighborhood and lake itself were extremely quiet, making it a very restful week. The house was quite spacious even with our party of 11 and we all enjoyed large living spaces where we could all hang out together and also to have separate areas where people could slip away for some alone time. “Leading up to our stay Hannah was always quick to respond and was so helpful! We had a family of 10 ranging in age from 11 to 58 and everyone had everything they could need or want in a vacation home. Every bed room having its own bathroom was plus. Plenty of games including board games, ping pong and even fun games on the walls. The kitchen is incredibly stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you could possibly need. We will definitely book this house again the next time we vacation……

“The house is amazing! We’ve rented several houses through the years, & this is the best house we’ve ever stayed in! Lots of space to hang out - we especially enjoyed the outdoor deck, just off the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked - lots of pots, pans & dishes & glasses to handle large groups. “We had a wonderful staycation to celebrate a big milestone for our family. Matthew was responsive and helpful and the bungalow was cozy and sweet. My little one enjoyed the various swings and the dogs loved the backyard.
