“It was no fault of the guy working at the desk, but we rolled in at midnight after driving 9 hours to get there. The computer system was shut down and they couldn't give us our rooms. We waited about 30 minutes (not a big deal) but they guy should absolutely have been more hospitable and welcoming to us.
