“The hotel was clean and the room was too. The only concern i have was when the maid service left she did not leave us any wash clothes there was only one in the room. My husband went down to the desk and asked for a couple more since there was only one. When we arrived home this evening he was looking at the charges and there was like a $87 charge pending on our statements for a 2 pk of something. I am wondering if this charge is those wash clothes. If this charge goes through i will be calling……

“Clean hotel, the front desk staff was friendly. My only complaint is the shower leaked onto the floor when used but other than that, I'll definitely be returning when I visit Beaumont again.”

“I went there after reading the reviews, but it turned out that it wasn’t like that. The button for the elevator to the first floor didn’t work. The smell in the hotel is very strong. I won’t be back! Would not recommend to my friends!”
