“AC units in family room and living room (plus ceiling fans) kept the place comfy even on three very hot, humid July days. Also has ceiling fan in first floor bedroom (did not see the upstairs rooms). Enclosed porch faces south but is almost entirely shaded; ceiling fans there kept that comfortable, too. Enjoyed sitting out there during a downpour of rain. Updated full bath off first floor bedroom, updated kitchen, half bath in first floor hall. Huge yard, no nosey (or noisy!) neighbors across……
