“We had a great stay here! The check in was clear and obvious, everyone was responsive and helped with the minimal questions we did have and the place was incredible. The waterfront view is beautiful and we got great sunsets every night. The house had everything we needed and my fiancé even liked the bed so much she’s thinking of replacing ours at home! Would recommend and would stay again. ”

“I want to start off this review by saying I have stayed in MANY rentals and this home surpasses them all. Check in was an absolute breeze, the home was warm and inviting, and looked exactly as it did in the pictures (if not better!). The welcome tray of goodies and a gift was beyond my expectations. A binder left next to the tray was full of information for the stay. (I went to MoMo’s and it was incredible!) Even the shower was perfection. Communication with the owner could not have been more on……

“We love to support small farms when we travel and this was a convenient location in between our plans in Portland and Acadia. The cottage is at the top of the hill with panoramic views. We woke up to thick fog which blanketed the scenery in clouds and made for scenery which we don't often get to see. The cottage is brand new and very clean and comfortable. “10/10 Understand that this is a quintessential rustic cabin in Northern Maine. If you understand that: you will thoroughly enjoy this cabin. A slice of Maine cultural history. The property manager has excellent communication and was so kind to mail my daughter’s clothing back to us! The property is everything you would ever want and need for an isolated cabin on a lake. I didn’t mind the 45 min drive to Acadia and back, as it showcases the diversity of Northern Maine (farms, lobsters/sea,……

“Husband & I wanted to visit Acadia. This was the perfect location!! Away from the crowds of Acadia but just a short drive to all Acadia had to offer. Beautiful setting!!! We saw deer each night just the right amount of space for the 2 of us. Highly recommend!”

“We stayed two nights here in these delightful cottages. The attention to detail is spectacular, from the decor to the coffee provided. We shared wine in the chairs outside looking over the bay one evening. It is a short drive to Acadia National Park. Try the barbeque at Mainely Meat; it is delightful and they have local craft beer. Enjoyed our stay so much!”
