“10/10 Understand that this is a quintessential rustic cabin in Northern Maine. If you understand that: you will thoroughly enjoy this cabin. A slice of Maine cultural history. The property manager has excellent communication and was so kind to mail my daughter’s clothing back to us! The property is everything you would ever want and need for an isolated cabin on a lake. I didn’t mind the 45 min drive to Acadia and back, as it showcases the diversity of Northern Maine (farms, lobsters/sea,……

“Adorable cottage with an amazing view of the pond. Main floor very spacious, large kitchen, adorable decor with attention to detail. Set up to have a fire in the wood stove or outside right next to the pond. So relaxing and cozy! Owner is in main house next door and came and introduced himself when we arrived. Just the right amount of off the beaten path but still convenient to Bangor and local shops. We hope to return!”

“The cottage was very clean and had all the amenities. Unfortunately the microwave did not work and guest service did not about it. Neither did the local contact. Had bought home cooked food and the lack of a microwave was very bad.”

“Wonderful camp, just magnificent views of the pond. The road was tough (unpaved), but it was so quiet. Again we went in October. Inside was very clean and nice, just like the photos they had on the website. We took drive to Bar Harbor very nice 👌 ”
