“多年旅行經驗中,令我最深刻的一次的體驗! 不是好! 而是差! 早在3月時, 已經在HOTELS.COM訂了這家古堡酒店, 因為在網絡看到介紹覺得這古堡很漂亮, 最吸引我是古堡入面其中一間獨位小屋, 我們可以說是為了這間小屋而來的, 當我們懷者興奮的心情到達古堡準備CHECK IN時, 一位服務員帶我們去看看入住的地方, 我們才發現那根本不是我們訂的小屋, 而是一座比較大的建築內入面三間雙人房! 完全不是我們所訂的屋, 那我們便跟服務員說是不是攪錯了? 服務員一開始就非常肯定的說沒有攪錯, 要我們再出示HOTELS.COM的確認信,才走回辦公室查看,等了一會,再出來回覆又說是可能是系統問題,攪錯了訂房,我們當然不妥協! 我們要的獨立小屋跟這三間房簡直是兩碼子的事, 獨立屋有廚房,大煮食爐頭,焗爐等等,我們在市內已經買了豐富食材準備晚餐及明天的早餐,現在只有的是其中一間房入面有一個櫃內的一組小型煮食爐,還有一個爐是用不到的! 景觀更加不用比較了,獨立屋是面向大草原,景觀很美. 比這三間房間相差太遠了! 於是我們再請服務員給回正確的房間給我們.……

“This was a good first “farm stay” for us. In the summer, it was a positive having air conditioned in the room. The prices were very high. Breakfast was average, nothing too special. “Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed.
