“餐點非常好吃，不論是夕食的9道菜精緻套餐，還是早午飯時段的特色拉麵店，都使用了地道的食材及獨創的調理方法，讓人一試難忘。住宿房間寬敞，而且十分整潔，環境十分舒服。唯一缺點是沒有電梯，或許會為你帶來不便，但服務員都十分親切，願意幫忙把行李拿上樓。所處位置也十分優越，不單是最靠近JR余市站的住宿設施，也十分接近余市Nikka蒸餾廠，非常方便。”

“My wife and i were here for snowboarding, and really enjoyed our stay. The location’s central, has a Seicomart just across the road, petrol station, and a coin laundry within a stone’s throw. And a Coop (supermarket) just down the road aswell. The bedroom configuration is pretty compressed/tight but that’s not too bad. Everything else is great. ”

“房間簡單乾淨空間大，分為本館和別館2區每個館別都是2層樓的設計，這次入住1別館101房所以雖然沒電梯但行李不用搬。停車非常方便，附近有2間超市(Aeon是24小時，另一家21:00就打烊)，採買算是方便。房內的沙發偏低而且中間凹陷坐起來會有點不舒服。有提供租用自行車的服務，但退房當天完成手續後原本想租用去小樽市區用餐，但工作人員告一定要在〈入住期間〉才能租用，所以有點可惜。”

“The hotel is not near the lightening festival, it is unable to reach the festival on a snowy night even though it is only 15 minutes walk. The indoor onsen has no view and the front service is not helpful. Not suitable for non Japanese speaking customer, won’t stay this hotel again”

“The property is properly located at a quite neighborhood for people looking for privacy. Well renovated yet a bit modern as compare to other onsen ryokan in Japan. Staffs are super polite, helpful and considerate, exceeds most 5 stars hotel standard. The food over there are nice and the presentation is superb. It is just like an art...Each guest room has its own in-room onsen. Due to limited guest rooms, the public onsen is like private onsen most of the time. My family has an amazing stay……
