“This is our second time staying at this property. It's a wonderful, clean, convenient space to stay when visiting campus/dropping off kids. The condo is about 10 minutes from campus so it's easy to get to KU but far enough away that you have a little bit of space from the busyness of the campus life. And Jori is a great communicator and easy to work with. We will stay here again, for sure. ”

“This house was everything we needed for our trip to Topeka! A group of us traveled from IL to Topeka to see a friend from high school and her family. Kings Cottage was only 5 mins away from her house and was so convenient for the weekend! The game room in the basement and the man cave in the garage were added features that the kids loved! “This location is quiet and a great place to stay. This is our 2nd time staying here and this is the first place I look for to see if available when coming to Topeka Ks. Love the screened in porch while drinking my morning coffee. ”

“Very enjoyable, cozy house. Good location in quiet part of town. Nice game room and ample sized back yard with outdoor seating that was not pictured on the listing photos, which was a nice surprise. Easy booking process and check out. Would definitely book here again. Thanks!”

“We stayed here for the KU football game and couldn't have asked for a better spot! The home was spacious and fit our family of 7 comfortably. The location was perfect-just minutes from campus and plenty of restaurants. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the backyard was a nice bonus, and overall the house made for a great experience. Would definitely stay here again”

“Brandie is an awesome host. She sent the super easy check in and access process via email ahead of our stay. Having the address, door code and parking information made for a smooth arrival for all of us coming from different locations. The house has large bedrooms so everyone could spread out in their own space and come together in the living room to share meals and laughs.
