“This house was everything we needed for our trip to Topeka! A group of us traveled from IL to Topeka to see a friend from high school and her family. Kings Cottage was only 5 mins away from her house and was so convenient for the weekend! The game room in the basement and the man cave in the garage were added features that the kids loved! House was equipped with everything we needed and was clean. Neighbor hood was a little run down but that didn’t stop us from having a great time! Owner was……

Having the address, door code and parking information made for a smooth arrival for all of us coming from different locations. The house has large bedrooms so everyone could spread out in their own space and come together in the living room to share meals and laughs.
