“Our first time here and we were desperate trying to find a decent hotel to stay at after a bad experience in Holton. Imagine how happy we were when this hotel was clean, had excellent dining options, and truly helpful staff members. They were beyond accommodating to my elderly parents with mobility issues. “We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express because it was close to my family. It did not disappoint. The staff were so very friendly, polite, and helpful. For example, when we requested a shower chair (my husband is handicapped), we had a chair in less than five (5) minutes. There was plenty of options for breakfast, all as tasty as the next. The only draw back is that the front right side of the parking lot has some big potholes. So just be careful when you drive around the building. But that……

“Check in went fine until i entered the unmade room, sheets and towels wer we stull piled back to the front desk to request a nee room, no apologies for the inconvenience, but did get a different room. It was clean, but the TV didn't work.breakfast was decent. No privacy from the Home Depot parking lot behind the hotel, but the soundproofing is good. For the price, it was a decent stay.”
