"It is a nice budget stay It is a student living , so the community is mainly students. My room is on the ground floor so you may hear their laughter but after 00:30 , the place is very quiet. Spacious, kitchen is equipped but there is no hair dryer. The environment is generally clean but then I found my bed sheets was stained at the corner. Yet, I did not experience any allergies. Comfortable bed and pillow. 20minutes walk to the old town, grocery stores nearby . Communication is a major problem though, their reception are not always available. I was lucky enough that the check in day was a Monday so the staff are available in the afternoon, but other days the staff are only available until 1300. When I check out , there was no staff so I have to wait . Even they say I can try to borrow a hairdryer in the reception, but it was 2300when I found out that , so no one is available. I think the staff are mainly responsible for long term leases."
