“Such a wonderful stay at The DeSoto! Brought our daughter down for a college visit at SCAD and it was the perfect location! Walking distance to everything, so many cute shops, bookstores and places to eat close by! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the room was spacious and very clean. We will be back down and won't stay anywhere else! ”

“Everything ”

“I love the vibe of the property. It was kind of retro and beachy with the bright colors of the doors and bright yellow pool chairs and umbrellas. The room had everything you needed and we had enough space to spread out our suitcases. The small frig was so cute and served a purpose with our taking up too much room. The bathroom sink was very small or maybe it was the big faucet that took up so much room. Regardless, it was perfect for our 2 night stay! ”

“All is well but No hot water”

“The room was comfortable, close to the beach, the pool, nightlife, and restaurants, and close to the office as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I appreciated that being from out of town and my first time there with many questions. (Mon-Thurs) The floor of the room however needed to be swepted and mopped real good. After only 1 day there was a lot of sand and dirt all over the floor. Just from walking from the bed to the bathroom in socks, once, they socks would be black on the bottom.……

“I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were nice and clean The staff was super friendly. There was an issue with the tv, and Jerry came right up to take care of it. He was so kind and even recommended a few restaurants and places to go in order to enjoy the stay even more!! ”

“This little inn is full of personality. We stayed in the Grand Presidential Suite, which included a couple of marvelous balconies, one complete with a swing and fan. The bathroom was huge, as was the sitting room and walk-in closet. We loved the eclectic mix of furniture and decor as well as the old wind-up record player in the room. There are a few restaurants in the area, but you will need to drive for fine dining. Street parking behind the property was fairly easy but we did need to walk……
