“All staff were professional and friendly.”

“I stayed with my wife and daughter. Overall the stay was so-so. The hallway, elevators and rooms needed a little better cleaning. My initial room was missing curtains and so they moved me to another room. A light bulb was burnt, but the staff was pleasant and they gave one to me right away. The price was good compared to other hotels close to Savannah.”

“We were just getting away for some rest and relaxation in honor of our 30th wedding anniversary. From the time we pulled onto the property our expectation was far exceeded. Everyone was very friendly, they made eye contact with you and smiled.”

“The lobby was beautiful, and the front desk staff were cordial. My main issue is the climate control: Even though the outside weather was pleasant and not humid in the 70s, the hotel room floor and rooms were humid and the carpet had a slightly musty smell even though everything else seemed new and clean. Next renovation they may need to switch out for tile floors, if possible. We did love the pillows that were extremely soft and fluffy!”

“This hotel is in a great location, right across from the riverwalk and very close to lots of restaurants. Onsite parking is very limited, but it's free, which is rare to find in downtown Savannah. Hotel itself is very nice. Period decor makes you feel like you are in another era, but with all modern amenities. Rooms are very nice and clean, and staff is very friendly and helpful. ”

“I don't know what's in the beds and pillows but the last 2 days have been the best sleep I've had in months. Only negative is if your room is facing Bay st. you will hear all the activities and the pedestrian signals sounds. After a while it becomes white noise. Perfect location. Friendly staff.”
