“J'ai passé une nuit lors d'un voyage en vélo. Parfait”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“The location is great - walking distance from train station and close to restaurants and sightseeing. The hotel is charming and rooms have character. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was included- bit of odd system- day of arrival we were asked to give time and fill out form on what we wanted which seemed to apply to both days. “Un piccolo Hotel sul mare con zona terme. La piscina termale è piccola ma va bene per passare mezz'oretta. Camere grosse e pulite però, secondo me,non si può più accettare la presenza della moquette. Bagni puliti ma un pochino datati. Bellissila terrazza sul mare, noi l'abbiamo usata alla mattina per la colazione e la sera per chiacchierare fumare un sigaro e berci qualcosa. Alla sera non è presente il servizio bar. Nel complesso direi che tornerei sicuramente in questa struttura. Le ragazze……

Camere abbastanza spaziose e letti comodi, un'ottima colazione servita nella sala ristorante dove abbiamo anche mangiato a cena. C'è pure una palestra, piccola ma nuova di zecca e dotata di tutto l'indispensabile.
