“Amazing setting and fantastic breakfast”

“I was only there for 1x night, with my dog (Reggie). Made to feel so welcome, options for dinner etc. Also a lovely welcome pack for Reg ❤️ Lovely warm clean room, a real shame I didn’t get a chance to eat as the restaurant and menu looked good.”

“Excellent stay. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and the staffs at the reception were very professional, polite and resolved all our concerns and queries. The environment was clean , room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We ate at the Wilfred's restaurant , bertram and the lounge, food was top notch to all of them👌 . Thumps up to all the chiefs there. The security man, Roy was exceptional, very friendly, funny and always willing to help with information. We……

“My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal. She tried to phone but apparently couldn’t get through. I will be taking……

“Had a wonderful stay , when you arrive the hotel and views are amazing , a nice warm greeting from lovely receptionist, we stayed in the Queen room was beautiful & lovely views , dinner & Breakfast was so lovely , cooked with best ingredients makes a change to have such a lovely meal & service all the staff lovely , my only negative was didn’t have long another stay would have loved to stay another night was wonderful!!!!”
