“Charming decor, fresh, clean and comfortable. Nice kitchenette so we were able to cook our breakfasts and grill outside after our days out and about if we wanted on one of the convenient gas grills a very short walk from our front door. Nice fire pit and chairs for relaxing with a cocktail and maybe meet someone new if someone is around. Adjacent to a nice quiet road for a morning or evening walk if you like to do that. Short drive to the welcome center for Acadia too!”

“We (3 adults and a Dalmatian) rented the Cozy Cabin for 10 days. It was great. There was enough space for our stuff and for us to relax and sleep comfortably. The bed sleeps 2 and there’s an air mattress for the third person. The cabin itself is nice, and the view is beautiful too. My husband really enjoyed how close it is to water and it gave him and Bailey (dog) some nice walks. This isn’t a place for partying but it’s awesome for relaxing. “The house is in a wonderful location and made a great home base for our trip. That said, there were a few details that could use some attention to improve the overall guest experience. We noticed some areas could have been cleaned more thoroughly—particularly under the furniture and around the shower vent. The dryer seemed like it could use a little maintenance, and there were towels left inside, along with dishes in the dishwasher, which isn’t something we’ve experienced at other VRBOs.The……

“Wonderful! Spotless and everything we needed for a wonderful week in Bar Harbor!”

“We had a great time! The house was very clean and beautiful. The only complaint, was the docks were not out on the water as advertised in the listing and the wifi did not work. I would maybe add to the listing that docks are only out during certain times of year.”
