“My husband and I celebrated our 28th anniversary here and had such a lovely time. Fabiola has created a beautiful sanctuary. The room had everything we needed (one thing to note if you plan to cook is that you can’t fry things. She does have an air fryer that’s available.) Fabiola is quick to respond to texts and she thought of everything to make it a welcoming stay. The location is quite central to the various islands. And the local Hill’s bakery and Arborvine restaurant are highlyRecommended.”

The reason for the 4 stars is it is definitely an older property (1950s) and the beds were super firm. We plan to go again but try the individual canins. we found the beds super firm. “Wonderful camp, just magnificent views of the pond. The road was tough (unpaved), but it was so quiet. Again we went in October. Inside was very clean and nice, just like the photos they had on the website. We took drive to Bar Harbor very nice 👌 ”

"The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient."
