“The hotel is so luxurious. The room, wellness, restaurant, service and ambiance are perfectly fine! Especially we can bring our lovely dog in the hotel for our 2 nights stay. There is a park behind the hotel where can our dog do the walking while enjoying the nature. ”

“有一天晚上外面有宴會，非常的吵鬧，吵到半夜，讓我的客人睡不著，隔天走道地毯上鋪了好幾條抹布，很臭我猜想應該是前一天宴會的客人吐在地毯上，真的很不舒服的經驗”

“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“Das Hotel mit Restaurant und Bar ist so schön. Die Hotelzimmer sind zwar in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem sauber und total ausreichend. Alle Mitarbeiter in diesem Hotel sind freundlich, ausgeglichen und umwerfend hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sowas von lecker und nicht teuer. Nicht für gehbehinderte Menschen geeignet, gibt steile Treppen. Das Hotel kann ich wirklich empfehlen, wenn man Gemütlichkeit und Service sucht.”

“The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous! The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night. In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to. ”
