“Do not hesitate to rent the studio. First time I slept on a fold out couch bed with memory foam mattress. A comfortable sleep and the outdoor bathroom was wonderful!”

“The cottage was perfect for our family. The rare first floor house was great with no stairs to climb. The fenced area was perfect for our little dogs to go outside and be free to do their needs. The cottage has several updates like new appliances, good flooring for the beach, and nice furniture. It is very clean and comfortable. “My boyfriend and I had a wonderful weekend here. The room was clean and comfortable, the beach access was perfect, and we had access to the deck which offered a peaceful place to relax. The complementary breakfast at the Jolly Roger was delicious and we were also given a complementary bottle of wine to enjoy. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and the pier. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again.”

“We stayed for a week mid-May, family of 5. Property was as described and pictured. Classic beach/lake house vibe. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. New towels. Great pool with plenty of loungers. There is a very short walk over thru the dunes to the beach, right behind the house, the beach is very quiet and clean, lots of wildlife, crabs, birds....We visited some other beaches further north and this one was much cleaner and much less crowded. Maybe one group of people every 300-400……
